A plethora of studies has emerged to look into the role of the extracellular vesicles (EVs) in the development of diseases and human health. Recent findings have shown similarities that the EVs are involved in cell to cell or organ to organ communication. However, several important questions remain on the recently characterized role of EVs in many diseases. This talk will give an overview of the role of EVs in health and diseases, which recently published by the International Society of Extracellular Vesicles through collaboration with the University of California Irvine and Coursera.
